We hired Kim and Callie to sell our home in El Dorado Hills during the 1st week of January this year. From the time we met them, they were professional and helpful. They helped us stage our home. Their team also did a wonderful job of producing the short video, that brought in many buyers.

They advised us to try and get a higher sale price and we are glad we went with their advice. Even though initially we did not get many responses from buyers, Kim and Callie told us to be patient and not reduce the sale price. Imagine that!!! Real estate agents not pressurizing you to reduce the price, but, on the contrary, advising us to wait until we got the right price. They conducted as many open houses as we wanted. Our experience in working with them was so good that we hired them to buy our home in Folsom.

Right off the bat, they told us that it is not too often that someone gets to sell and buy on the same date. They set realistic expectations for us, in case we needed to rent a home in Folsom. However, behind the scenes they diligently worked to help us buy our home in Folsom. On many occasions, we would call them to show us a home with a very short notice. Sometimes, we would ask them to show us the same home multiple times. They always did it with a smile on their faces. And the icing on the cake was that they worked for us so well that we got the keys to our Folsom home 2 days after we sold our El Dorado Home.

This past week, we actually moved from one home to the next successfully. They even put me on the best real estate broker in town, Rena Williams. Having this team on our side was the biggest blessing for us. We now know who to go to for all of our real estate and loan needs. We cannot stop talking about their wonderful service with our family and friends.

Thank you for sending us a survey inquiring about our recent experience with Callie Mirsky from Connie Barnes ReMax Gold.

We initially found Callie via your website www.conniebarnes.com while we were looking for homes in the El Dorado Hills/Folsom area. My daughter and I visited Folsom for one week in July of 2010. We are a Navy family stationed in Sicily, Italy. We have been watching the real estate market from Italy for nearly one year and we were ready to learn more about the market when we made our trip.

We decided that after 30 years of service in the US Navy, we wanted to stop moving and settle our family in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area. Despite the fact that we were just looking, Callie made sure we saw every property we wanted to see in our short time in the area.

Not only did Callie help us find the perfect home for our family, she was absolutely wonderful during the bidding, escrow and closing period. We managed to view the house two times before boarding flights back to Italy. The purchase process was all completed electronically and via power of attorney. The process went smoothly and we attribute the ease of the process to Callie's attention to detail and quick response time. It was very easy to purchase our first home thanks to Callie. There were many potential obstacles; a 9 hour time difference, unresponsive mortgage personnel (our bank) due to the market conditions. Callie handled everything with a positive attitude and the obstacles were not an issue for her.

Well, we had the unique experience of feeling as if we had two advocates during our recent home purchase in Serrano. The seller's realtor, Connie Barnes, acted as if she was our advocate as well as her client's. From our first meeting with us to after the close of escrow, she behaved in a professional and caring manner.
