Connie Barnes has been selling real estate for over 20 years and has held a California State Real Estate Broker's License since 1994. In addition to Connie's resale background, she has held Sales Management positions with Parker Development Company, Woodside Homes and Toll Brothers.

Just as the housing bubble began to burst, Connie along with her husband Jim knew that the business of selling real estate was in for a dramatic change. Realtors everywhere were facing challenges they have never encountered before and many even got out of the business. Connie first started in the business during the last real estate downturn that occurred back in the early 1990's. It was that experience that helped shape Connie's philosophy today to over deliver on client expectations. The "over deliver" philosophy is shared with all of Connie's team members who are an integral part of her success.

While El Dorado Hills is Connie's primary marketing area, her program has proven highly effective in selling homes throughout El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer and Counties.

Connie Barnes is a member of the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce and Serrano County Club. Connie continues to invest in ongoing education that is relevant in today's real estate environment including: REO Default Certification, Bank of America Short Sale Policies and Procedures, Equator Platinum Certification and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).

Born and raised in San Francisco California, Connie moved to the Sacramento area to marry her husband Jim and start a family. The Barnes' moved to El Dorado Hills in 2002 and have seen their two daughters go through the great local school system.
